Your T-levels can be boosted naturally with a well-formulated, natural testosterone booster. We trialed TestoFuel, studied the ingredients, felt the benefits, and measured the blood work. Find out the results in our TestoFuel review.

Testosterone is incredibly important – it’s responsible for regulating various bodily functions such as muscle mass, bone density, fat distribution, and red blood cell production. It’s honestly not an overstatement to say that you cannot be healthy with low testosterone. A great, great many health factors shoot through the roof the more you optimize your natural output within a healthy range.

Happily, there is plenty we can do to optimize our testosterone output naturally (as long as it isn’t medically low, at which point you will need to see a medical specialist who will likely prescribe you exogenous testosterone). Lifting weights, maintaining a healthy body composition, eating a balanced diet, keeping stress and fatigue levels low, sleeping plenty, and laying off of drugs and alcohol will all go a long way.

Supplementation can also help, which is where we come to today’s subject – TestoFuel, one of the better natural testosterone boosters on the market.

Quick Verdict: TestoFuel

TestoFuel is an incredibly good testosterone booster. It manages to hold its own in a market crowded with incredible options, options that I’ve tried myself with great success.

During a decent trial period taking TestoFuel, I experienced every benefit going – improved energy levels, improved performance in the gym, better mood, better sleep… everything that comes with a healthy level of testosterone produced by the body.

It worked incredibly well – measurably so, as I took my bloods before, during, and after, and saw a genuine peak to my testosterone levels.

I would happily recommend it to anyone.

What is Testofuel?

TestoFuel bottle and capsules

TestoFuel is an all-natural testosterone boosting supplement designed to naturally increase testosterone levels in men. It’s made by one of my favorite supplement companies, Roar Ambition, whose products I’ve been using for years now.

I’ve used their other testosterone booster, Prime Male, pretty consistently for the last couple of years, as well as their signature nootropic Hunter Focus, which is one of the best out there.

Testosterone is a crucial hormone for men, responsible for regulating various bodily functions such as muscle mass, bone density, fat distribution, and red blood cell production. These all suffer when our levels are on the low side.

Typically, we want to see testosterone levels between around 10-35 nmol/L – the closer to the top end the better. Towards the lower end, which I generally find myself at without boosters, you will begin to see a bunch of negative side effects.

Low testosterone can cause fatigue, low energy levels, and a general feeling of tiredness. This can come paired with depression, mood swings, a lack of motivation, and a low libido, and sometimes even poor sexual performance or outright erectile dysfunction.

Athleticism and body composition will also likely suffer – testosterone plays a vital role in building and maintaining muscle mass, and men with low testosterone may experience muscle loss and weakness. They will also likely see body fat accumulation and a decrease in bone density, each bringing their own health concerns.

TestoFuel is made with a blend of natural ingredients, each of which offers benefits both in isolation and in concert with everything else in its formula, and all come from high-quality sources, which is pretty much standard from a top-tier supplement manufacturer like Roar Ambition.

It uses a blend of vitamins and minerals (with emphasis on Zinc and Magnesium, two of the best testosterone boosters going), alongside herbs and botanicals like Ginseng, Fenugreek, and Maca, with a few other handy additions (more on this below).

With these, it helps to better stimulate your natural testosterone production by giving you the nutrients and minerals it needs, as well as directly undercutting some of the symptoms associated with low testosterone levels.

Some of the benefits you can expect to see include increased muscle growth and strength, with faster recovery from exercise and workouts, heightened energy levels and stamina, enhanced libido and sexual performance, and improved mood and motivations, with less stress and anxiety, though, again, I’ll go into this in more detail below.

Do note, however, that natural supplementation won’t take your output above healthy levels (above around that 35 nmol/L mark), nor will it give you a direct dose of testosterone, like hormone replacement therapy will. Rather, it will simply boost your natural output within healthy bounds.

Also, it likely won’t work in isolation. You will need to get a few things right first.

Naturally optimizing your testosterone output

Try to keep to a healthy weight. This is important because excess body fat, especially around the abdomen, can lead to decreased testosterone levels. Engage in regular exercise as part of this – it will both help you to maintain a healthy body weight and will help you to increase testosterone levels directly.

Resistance training (weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, or bodyweight styles like Pilates or yoga) will all work well. I lift weights regularly and this contributes toward keeping my testosterone where it needs to be.

Stress levels are also a big factor in determining your natural testosterone output. Generally, there is a strong inverse correlation between levels of testosterone and levels of cortisol (the so-called ‘stress hormone’).

Chronic stress can greatly decrease your natural output, so you should make an effort to stay on top of it – stress-management techniques in your routine, such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or engaging in activities that help you relax and unwind are all good, as is simply trying to remove stressors from your life where possible.

This has been a real game changer for me – a combination of yoga, meditation, and downtime keeps me calm, keeps my cortisol output down.

Aim for plenty of sleep, too, as poor sleep quality or insufficient sleep can negatively impact testosterone levels. 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night should see most of us right – it’s what I began sticking to a few years back, and honestly, it’s done my health the world of good.

Your diet will also play a big role. Aim for a balanced diet, including foods that are rich in nutrients that support testosterone production, such as Zinc (found in oysters, nuts, and seeds), Magnesium (found in leafy greens, nuts, and whole grains), and Vitamin D (found in fatty fish, fortified dairy products, and sunlight exposure).

Plenty of these make it into products like TestoFuel, as they should.

Keep alcohol consumption down, as excessive alcohol intake can inhibit testosterone production and negatively affect overall hormonal balance. Moderation is key when it comes to alcohol consumption to support optimal testosterone levels. Try not to drink more than a couple of days per week at the most, and avoid that weekend ‘binge’.

Finally, where you can, try to minimize your exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals. Environmental toxins and chemicals found in some household products, plastics, and pesticides can disrupt hormone balance, including testosterone. Minimize exposure to these chemicals by choosing natural and organic alternatives whenever possible.

These will all go a long way towards bolstering your natural testosterone output. Try them first, getting your ducks in a row, and then look into supplementation – with these all in place, TestoFuel will be able to fully optimize your natural output, bringing it up to around that 30-35 nmol/L that we’re looking for.

How can TestoFuel help you?

In short, of course, TestoFuel should help to undo the negative side effects of low testosterone, in large part by boosting your testosterone levels upwards towards optimal. You should, then, experience all the benefits associated with heightened natural testosterone output, which can be really quite startling.

For example, you can expect to see some enhanced strength and hypotrophy (muscle growth). Testosterone plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of lean muscle mass.

By naturally increasing testosterone levels, TestoFuel creates an optimal anabolic environment in the body, facilitating the growth of muscles. Users may experience improved muscle definition, increased muscle size, and enhanced strength, allowing them to push through plateaus and achieve better workout results.

This should come hand in hand with improved energy levels and stamina. This will be great for your daily life in general. It will also be very beneficial for training and exercise – you will be able to do far more, far more ably, with far more left in the tank afterwards.

Paired together, this should mean some fantastic progress in the gym. I’ve built more muscle whilst keeping body fat low on testosterone boosters like TestoFuel, with far more strength in the low rep range.

You’ll also likely recover far more quickly from intense training. Incidents of DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) will likely lessen in both intensity and in frequency – mine have been far more manageable since beginning natural boosters like TestoFuel, even as I’ve pushed myself harder and increased training volume and intensity.

Testosterone alone should do this. However, TestoFuel also contains ingredients like Fenugreek and D-Aspartic Acid, which have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and aid in muscle recovery.

And, of course, testosterone is closely linked to a man’s sexual function, and low levels can negatively impact libido and sexual performance. Again, raising testosterone levels will help to undo this, boosting your libido and sexual function.

Those gems Fenugreek and Zinc have been traditionally used to enhance male sexual health both through their effects on testosterone output and separately.

You should see improved mood and motivation whilst optimizing your testosterone output using products like TestoFuel. Low testosterone levels can have a significant impact on mood, leading to irritability, mood swings, and even depression in some cases. It’s been pretty brutal to me at times over the years.

Undoing this means you may experience less moodiness, increased mental clarity, and heightened motivation, which in turn should help you to tackle daily challenges with a positive mindset.

It will also improve your quality of life immeasurably. Take it from me.

Speaking of improved quality of life, the real benefits from testosterone optimization come from its ability to support overall health and wellbeing. Everything in your body will be influenced by testosterone output – or, at least, as near to everything as makes no difference. You’re looking at bone health, mental wellbeing, and even improved longevity, to name just a few.

Honestly, I have difficulty trying to convey just how fundamentally important healthy testosterone output is for your health. You really, really need to take it seriously, and products like TestoFuel are well worth your time and money.

TestoFuel Ingredients list with dosages

TestoFuel manages these benefits – manages to inspire optimal testosterone output – using a few well-chosen, high-quality ingredients, all with secure clinical underpinning. Ingredients, in short, that are highly likely to give you the results you’re after.

The list begins with D-Aspartic Acid (D-AA), one of my favorite ingredients for testosterone optimization. D-AA is an amino acid, and it plays a fundamental role in producing testosterone in the body.

It works by stimulating the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) from the pituitary gland. LH then travels to the testes and activates the Leydig cells, which are responsible for producing testosterone. By increasing the release of LH, D-AA helps signal the testes to produce more testosterone.

It works very, very well. One study involving men with low testosterone levels found that supplementing with D-AA for 12 days led to a 42% increase in testosterone levels.

Another study showed that taking D-AA for 90 days resulted in a substantial elevation in testosterone levels compared to a placebo. This all chimes with my own personal experience – supplements containing D-AA, such as TestoFuel, have typically led to me doubling my natural output.

You get a good few pertinent vitamins and minerals in TestoFuel, too.

These include Vitamin D, which is incredibly important for testosterone production. We get it from exposure to the sun, and those in less sunny climes (I live in Scotland, so this includes me) often don’t get enough and are thus susceptible to lower testosterone levels.

In addition to its influence on testosterone levels, Vitamin D is essential for maintaining strong and healthy bones. It aids in calcium absorption and promotes bone mineralization, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures.

Vitamin D also supports immune function, helping the body defend against infections and illnesses. Furthermore, Vitamin D contributes to overall wellbeing by regulating mood, promoting cardiovascular health, and supporting cognitive function.

Basically, it gives you a lot that you need to bolster testosterone output, whilst also mitigating many of the negative effects of low testosterone, or at least pushing the positive effects of optimal testosterone even higher.

Then there is Vitamin K2, a perhaps lesser-known vitamin that has been gaining attention in wellness circles for its role in bone and cardiovascular health. It works synergistically with Vitamin D and Magnesium to ensure the proper utilization of calcium, supporting bone health and preventing calcium buildup in the arteries.

While not directly linked to testosterone production, Vitamin K2 plays a crucial role in overall health and helps further to push those positive benefits we’re looking for.

The mineral side of things is perfect, too. I wouldn’t take a testosterone booster seriously if it didn’t contain Zinc and Magnesium. I would also hate to see a lack of boron. Happily, TestoFuel gives you all three.

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in over 300 enzymatic processes in the body, including testosterone production. It plays a crucial role in regulating the production of luteinizing hormone (LH), which stimulates the testes to produce testosterone.

Zinc is needed for testosterone synthesis and reproductive health. It is involved in the production of LH, and also plays a role in protecting the prostate gland from damage.

Boron is a trace mineral that has been shown to inhibit the activity of sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), a protein that binds to testosterone and reduces its availability. By inhibiting the activity of SHBG, boron helps free up testosterone, making it more accessible for use by the body.

As triple threats go, these three are pretty special.

Now, I’m none too sold on TestoFuel for myself, but only because of the next ingredient. TestoFuel uses Oyster Extract – a little needlessly, I’d say. This makes it unsuitable for vegetarians. I prefer plant-based, so I typically go with Prime Male, Roar Ambition’s other offering.

Oyster Extract is not a bad idea. It is a natural source of several nutrients that are beneficial for testosterone production, including Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin D. We’ve seen what all of these can do.

However, there are other sources, making Oyster Extract a bit of a funny one in a world increasingly looking to plant-based diets. It’s a personal gripe, though, and won’t affect many consumers.

Finally, we have a handful of fantastic botanicals in our list – Ginseng, Fenugreek, and Maca.

Ginseng is known for its adaptogenic properties and its ability to support overall vitality. It has been traditionally used to enhance libido and sexual function. Ginseng may also have a positive impact on testosterone levels, though this is less than certain – it may be that it simply works around testosterone, bolstering TestoFuel’s benefits without actually contributing to higher testosterone levels per se.

It’s nevertheless quite welcome.

Fenugreek also enjoys a long history of use in various forms of traditional medicine. It contains compounds called saponins that are believed to stimulate the release of LH, resulting in increased testosterone production. Fenugreek may also support healthy blood sugar levels and enhance libido.

Finally, Maca is a plant native to the Peruvian Andes. It enjoys an equally storied and illustrious history in traditional medicine forms, where it has long been used for its ability to improve energy levels, enhance libido, and support hormonal balance. The exact mechanisms by which it works are still a little unclear, though it is believed that it may help to better regulate hormones, including testosterone.

It’s a hell of a list – broad, wide-ranging, well thought-out, and commensurate with the very best that the modern supplement market has to offer. Honestly, it really is impressive – no wonder TestoFuel gives such good results.

TestoFuel is incredibly good. It needs to be – as I said, the market is pretty much saturated with good products, with some astoundingly good ones sprinkled in there.

I generally take Prime Male as a matter of course, which is Roar Ambition’s other testosterone booster, and was incredibly happy to see TestoFuel keeping pace with it.

And why wouldn’t it, after all? Roar Ambition are a genuinely brilliant company.

I would honestly consider swapping to TestoFuel for good if it wasn’t for the oyster content. As a vegetarian, I simply cannot justify taking it every day. However, most people don’t follow exclusively vegetarian or plant-based diets. If you’re happy with oyster extract, go for it. really, really do, as you’ll benefit profoundly.

Measure your bloods. It’s easy enough to do with a thirty-dollar online kit. Do it before, during, and after a good three-month window of taking something like TestoFuel. If you’re anything like me, you’ll see a distinct spike. Of course, do everything else right before supplementing (see above). These done, though, supplementation is your next, natural course of action. Consider using TestoFuel. It likely won’t disappoint.
